You’re receiving this email because you’ve expressed interest in getting updates on all the artistic goings-on of my life. Let me just start by saying: thank you for being interested in me! There’s a lot competing for your attention in the year 2020, and I feel lucky to have made your list. You could be streaming on Disney+ right now, or scratching your head in confusion over this year’s Oscar noms (unless you’re one of those people who, for whatever reason, actually enjoyed Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (hi Dad!)) or folding laundry, or flossing your teeth, or preparing your war bunker.
Instead, you’re here, patiently waiting for me to get to the point. A point which, now that I’ve alienated a good chunk of you through my strong film preferences and dark political jokes, I have every intention of arriving at.
So here goes nothin.
I just launched my website! Feel free to poke around and –if you feel like we have that type of relationship– shoot over some feedback. You’re the first group to see the site, and I readily welcome assistance in revising it for the general (plebeian) public.
January 24th -“Boys and Girls in Hell’s Kitchen” single release:
As the first ever batch of subscribers to my mailing list, you get SPECIAL ACCESS to this track 10 days before it comes out on all streaming platforms. Here’s the secret link to listen to it up until its official release: https://soundcloud.com/evan-crommett/boysandgirls/s-hUuJC. Don’t share this please!
Here’s how that works, according to Leesta Val’s site: “We’ll cut a 7″ lathe cut vinyl record of a song of your choosing for each person that orders between now and the session date. No two records will be the same and only one copy of each will be made. Your record will include a one-of-a-kind performance from Evan, cut specifically for you. And, you choose the song! Just choose from the list above, and he will even deliver a personal message right on the record before he goes into your performance …pretty special!”
Thanks for reading and, once again, welcome aboard!
