Vision

Our vision is to establish a vibrant learning community with a focus on intergenerational mentorship. Our networking events, educational programs and online resources anchor the community. They are based on principles of mutual mentoring, positive psychology, and a spirit of service – the critical elements in nurturing the entrepreneurial and creative leaders who will lead our community and society into the next century. 

Our diverse community includes professionals who are changing careers, either by choice or necessity, recent graduates from college or graduate school, and entrepreneurs and freelancers at various stages of building their businesses. We are turning the “Me” generations of the last century into the “We” generations who will build our future.
