Recent Presidential Executive Orders have placed workplace diversity policies under scrutiny, and the U.S. Department of Justice has threatened to crack down on what it defines as “illegal DEI.” However, a federal judge has temporarily blocked key provisions of two of the executive orders targeting DEI.
