This is actually part two of a series.We live in a culture which is oftenself-focused and selfish with less emphasis on care and outreach to others.The article is appropriate for parents or for anyone who notices the same trends with hopes of building a more compassionate culture.With the academic year beginning soon, younger people need to be taught the value of being more authentic, caring, and kind. | Fundraising Event in Philadelphia! |
| As I have mentioned in previous newsletters, the St. Raymond Nonnatus Foundation where I work as Executive Director is hosting our first annual In-Person Fundraising Event at the National Shrine of Saint Rita of Cascia. I am super excited as the event helps the foundation to make greater outreach to families in crisis.The date is Sunday, December 17, 2023 from noon to 4 p.m. The day features a Healing Mass at noon at the shrine, lunch, live music by my brother Joe Miralles, and raffles. Our keynote speaker is Mr. Pete DeMaio, President of Pennsylvanians for Human Life. It is sure to be a fun event and all for a great cause. To learn more or to register, click below.
