Hello!

One of the goals of the DMV Music Alliance is to promote our area’s musicians as well as our music industry related service providers. Two ways we can do this are by including footage in our promo videos as well as on our website. 

We are mainly looking for behind the scenes footage that people already have. For example:

• Backstage, load-ins/outs, production crew working sound boards, lighting, etc.
• Recording sessions
• The making of music videos
• Merch sellers
• Rehearsals, band meetings, etc.
• Artists busking, performing at festivals
• Any other content that shows not only behind the scenes of artists, but also of all the people who work behind the scenes… the engineers, crew, managers, etc.
• We’d also love fun stuff/bloopers too!

Photos should be at least 1600×500, horizontal, high res (pngs preferred), and credited with the photographer. If they are in our color scheme of blues, teals, and purples, even better! 

Videos should be at least 1080p, horizontal, ranging from 5 to 30 seconds.

Every single photo/video will be fully credited while being displayed as well as at the end of any video compilations. We will also be happy to feature your work on our site and in social media. Spotlight interviews are another possibility.
