THANK YOU to the friends and fans who joined us last Friday night in NYC for the SOLD OUT concert, Charu Suri + Friends! What a beautiful night of global musical flavors. Hammered dulcimer from Max ZT, a ripping piano solo from Kobi Arad, laid back Texas guitar from Ri Wolf, New Orleans funky drumming and bandleading from Joe Lastie…and of course, the mystical, magical raga jazz of our leading muse, Charu Suri!At the show, we performed our first song collaboration, LATELY, a throwback to the jazz of the 40s era, and a wistful pondering for those among us who might feel stuck…ready for that “next big thing”, but not yet ready to take action.
