Join me in an experiential and immersive tour of magical Sicily, from stunning historic sites to modern wine and traditional farms. I share Sicily with you because it is magic, It is an Experience very different from Italy that is a must see- It is its own thing! In that Deep Dive style of Tucci, Bourdain and Zimmern, I will introduce you to locals- farmers, cheesemakers, chefs, artists, and more. We will break bread together, (and of course drink wine!) not just in restaurants but in some of these lovely Sicilian’s homes and Agriturismi. This is Slow Food as it was meant to be. And…it’s an experience you can’t find anywhere else. I make it unique and real.
We will cook, eat, drink and of course meet the amazing locals that make this trio totally unique. From the stunning days in Taormina, wine on Mt Etna, hands on cooking lasses, mountain villages, fire cooking, seafood on the beach, the mosaics of Monreale and of course we end with a rocking round up in exciting Palermo.
You will meets our friends the Schuler family in Taormina, Ivano and Loradana of Cotume in Catania, Maddalena at Fontes di Episcopi in Aragona, Franco, Simone, Pierfillipo, Teresa, Carmello and Laura with Val di Kam in the Sicani Mountains, Giovanni Scalora in Piana degli Albanesi and more lovable charactors that often become friends for life.
