CCC Mentorship Program Launch; Applications Are Now Open!
| CCC 2025 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM The California Copyright Conference (CCC) Mentorship Program is a new annual 4-week program designed to connect a cohort of emerging music professionals with seasoned leaders in the industry. Ten (10) selected mentees (ages 18+) who are interested or actively working in the music industry will attend weekly 90-minute web sessions, each devoted to a specific topic (e.g. Synch Licensing, Music Legal Affairs, Publishing, Performance Rights, etc.) and led by experienced Mentors in a discussion guided by a member of the CCC Board. Open only to program Mentees, each session includes an interview-based panel or presentation, followed by a Q&A, offering an intimate learning environment with Mentors. For CCC members, the program is free. For non-members, the program is $20 total (paid only if selected). There is no application fee. Applicants can apply by clicking below. Criteria for acceptance includes:completion of all fields on this formability to attend sessions via Zoom on all four (4) April dates belowdemonstrated interest and/or experience in the music industry in any capacityWhile preference is given to current CCC Members, at least two (2) spots will be reserved for Mentees who are not members of the CCC. From junior execs and career changers to artists and composers to college and grad students, all are encouraged to apply.
