Also the scenery was stunning–the cliffs of Taormina overlooking the turquoise sea, Greek ruins and temples, mountaintop villages, and the energy and Old World beauty of Palermo. The cooking classes and hands on experiences were incredible and we learned things that we have brought back to our kitchen at home. But one of the best parts of the tour was the companionship that developed among us all as we ate and sipped and oohed and aahed our way acorss Sicily.
