Remembering Tony Bennett

Happy Friday!Tony Bennett died today, and we’ve lost a great singer. He got Alzheimer’s disease in 2016 and still sang beautifully to the end. His passion for singing kept him sane and focused.

Here are three of my favorite videos of him singing:Tony Bennett “I Left My Heart In San Francisco” on The Ed Sullivan ShowTony Bennett – The Very Thought Of You (from Viva Duets)The Best of Tony Bennett – Tony Bennett Greatest Hits Full Album. Not only was he a great singer, he was also a movie star. He appeared in a few films, including The Oscar” (1966) and as himself in the films Analyze This (1999), The Scout (1994), and Bruce Almighty (2003).

I wish him joy wherever he is.Word of the Day WebinarPlease join me in my next free Word of the Day webinar on July 26 at 7:00 pm EST.https://www.eventbrite.com/e/word-of-the-day-webinar-july-26-tickets-678179301547?aff=oddtdtcreatorThe Word of the Day practice can help you have more control of your life.
