Exploring the Role of Masculinity & Age in the Workplace
We’ll discuss how all genders lean into (and out of) masculinity in the workplace. The conversation will also explore how approaches to masculinity change through all generations and ages. Join for a groundbreaking and exciting conversation with a panel of expert speakers on masculinity, corporate culture, age, and the workplace.

  • 100% of proceeds will go towards The Okra Project, which supports the Black Trans community experiencing food insecurity, and The National Domestic Violence Hotline, which provides 24/7 support to survivors of abuse. Both organizations have seen a rise in the need for their services in the community as a result of the pandemic.

Ashanti Branch, Founder of The Ever Forward Club (Moderator)

Ashanti works to change how students, especially young men of color, interact with their education and how their schools interact with them. He started The Ever Forward Club to provide support for African American and Latino males who were not achieving their potential.

Claire Wasserman, Founder of Ladies Get Paid

Named one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 Most Powerful Women, Claire Wasserman is the founder of Ladies Get Paid, a platform that champions the professional and financial advancement of women.

Jimmie Briggs, Co-Founder of Man Up Campaign

Jimmie Briggs is a documentary storyteller, writer, and advocate for racial and gender equity. He is a member of the New York City Mayor’s Gender Equity Commission. Jimmie was the co-founder of Man Up Campaign, a globally-focused organization to activate youth to stop violence against women and girls.

Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, CEO of 20-first

Avivah Wittenberg-Cox is CEO of 20-first, a consulting firm working with companies interested in capturing the competitive advantage of gender, nationality, and generational balance. She’s a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review and Forbes.

Khalil Hall, Co-Founder of Masq

Khalil leads strategy and development for Masq, which ignites conversations in compassionate spaces to deepen and redefine relationships with masculinity.
