An opportunity to survey the underlying causes of anger and the effects of anger on our well-being and on our relationships. These two sessions give us practical solutions for
controlling anger, healing the wounds and learning to live in peace again, as it is our birthright to experience and live in peace.
About the Facilitator: The facilitator of this Saturday afternoon’s workshop is BK Sneha. BK Sneha has been practicing Raja Yoga Meditation for the past 6 years. She works as a Senior Business Analyst in Los Angeles and loves to share with others what meditation and spirituality have taught her.
