Dear Flobel Community,

We are wishing you a peaceful and meditative Memorial Day. We have born witness to many horrible events this pass month and want to acknowledge the grief that people are experiencing. Take the time this week to hug your loved ones and practice self-care. One resource we will be utilizing is this beautiful guided meditation that Advisor Dr. Vijaya Nair created for us: Mediation for Peace.

Quote of the Week

“Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life’s search for love and wisdom.” – Rumi
