SU-CASA is a community arts engagement program that places artists in-residence at senior centers across Manhattan. Selected artists receive a stipend in exchange for creating and delivering arts programming for members at the senior centers.
LMCC is proud to administer 20 residencies for individual artists on behalf of the borough of Manhattan. LMCC welcomes applications from Manhattan-based individual artists seeking residencies at participating senior centers in Manhattan.

“The SU-CASA program allowed me to help a dozen seniors to find new friends they could trust to share the stories of their lives. Hearing that the workshop created a safe creative space for seniors to get along was a rewarding moment for me.”
