Bio: Wilhelmina Frankfurt is a former ballerina with The New York City Ballet under the direction of George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins. She is a choreographer, director, coach and teacher. She has been the Artist in Residence at Sarah Lawrence College, SunyUlster, and The Masters School. She has presented lectures and performances on Balanchine at numerous venues and schools( ie Vassar College, The Harvey Milk School, Ballet Florida School in Palm Beach). She is on the Board of The Real Theater Company and The Clockwork Theater Company. Currently, Ms Frankfurt is on the faculty of Talent Unlimited High School for The Performing Arts In New York City where she serves as director of the Musical Theater Department and teaches ballet in the Dance Department. She also has developed a method for integrating the teachings of George Balanchine for public school dance students. She has three children Maggie, Jake and Sarah-Mae.
