A career coach and association executive search consultant, she helps employees discover their career passions and helps employers create highly engaged workplaces. Through her proprietary career branding process, Shira helps job seekers showcase their professional “superpowers” through compelling LinkedIn profiles, stand-out resumes, powerful networking and memorable interviews. A generational diversity keynote speaker, Shira is also passionate about bridging the gap between early career and seasoned professionals in the workplace. To this end, she launched a nonprofit program, BoomerWorks.org, to help professionals age 50+ re-career into self-employment. She was honored to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florence Belsky Foundation for this groundbreaking work.
