Bio: Scott Saland has been active in the real estate and construction industry for close to 25 years. A majority of Scott's tenure in the construction industry was as a Principal. During the course of his career his clients have included, George and Susan Soros, the Governments of Belgium, Sudan and Mongolia. He has represented such recognized industry standard bearers and iconic organizations such as the NHL, NBA, J Walter Thompson, Cyberdome( previous owners of Studio 54 space), Mutual of New York and Girgente Butler and McDowell. Scott is currently associate with the commercial real estate firm Berko and Associates. Scott is specifically involved in capital markets and real estate investment sales.
