Bio: Rebecca Hoe Lopez, Esq. is a corporate attorney specializing in international commercial law, technology development and licensing, securities and financial services. Rebecca started her career with the Wall Street firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and has since worked at MasterCard International, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, American Express Corporation and American International Group, Inc. She is currently building her own practice for a range of corporate clients. Rebecca is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego and the University of Michigan Law School. She is licensed to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
