Bio: Founder, Plenable Solutions For over 30 years, Paul has applied his proprietary methodologies, called Strategic Alignments, to help start-ups, mid-size and multi-national company’s build customers, strengthen loyalty, and grow revenue and profit in less time and at a lower cost as compared to traditional avenues. During the 1980s, Paul was VP of Marketing for a consulting firm serving multi-national clients looking to build market share through strategic acquisitions. He worked on over 20 transactions for a diverse range of clients including Steelcase, Whirlpool, Alcoa and Federal Mogul. In 1991, Paul co-founded Fairfield Partners to align small to mid-size clients with larger companies in retailing, service, technology and manufacturing. He aligned clients with partners such as Compaq Computer, which at the time was the world’s largest computer seller; SSI Technologies, a leading supplier of auto sensors; and Takara, a global supplier to the biotechnology market. Paul also worked with Seventh Generation to open alternative customer acquisition channels. During the 1990s, Paul became immersed in the direct response industry, with a focus on marketing and fulfillment. He brought over 75 major direct marketers together in variety of alliances, and worked with Direct Media, MasterCard and others to create innovative ways to reach customers, increase response, enhance loyalty and long-term value, and reduce costs. In 1998, Paul co-founded ArtSelect, to provide retailers, catalogers and e-commerce companies with a private labeled online program that allowed them to offer convenience and huge savings in selling custom-framed art. He engineered over 50 partnerships with companies such as iQVC, Spiegel, Boise Cascade, Target, Home Decorators, OfficeMax and Amazon. After leaving ArtSelect in 2002, Paul founded Plenable Solutions and has helped numerous companies such as Home Depot grow and formed dozens of alignments with global brands such as Coke, MasterCard, and Johnson & Johnson to support parenting/family programs in China.
