Bio: Nisarah Lewis is an actor, model, and writer living in New York City. Though having spent most of her adult life in New York, she is a native Californian from Oakland, CA. After spending a portion of her undergraduate career at SUNY Purchase, Nisarah went on to receive her degree in Theater at Fordham University. Nisarah is a creator, always seeking opportunities to create that have an impact. She consistently writes and appears within sketch comedy. Over the course of her steadily evolving performance career, she has appeared in a variety of commercials, plays, television, and film projects. Some of these highlights include the Off-Broadway one-woman show “Miracle in Rwanda.” Commercial work for notable companies like American Express, Palmers, Clearblue, Public, etc. And appearing in quality films, more recently the captivating short “Hurricanes.” She is also a member of (NYWIFT) New York Women in Television and Film. Nisarah is eager for ways to use her creativity, intellect, and strength as a performer to create art.
