Bio: Milo is one of a select group of Samsung (sponsored) Imagelogger photographers in the US. As a Press Pass credentialed NYC media photographer currently shooting journalism, lifestyle and documentary for The Downtown Express, Chelsea NOW and The Villager NYC weekly newspapers. Awarded 2009 & 2014 First Place Awards for News photography from The NY State Press Association. Previously a professional photo critic for Olympus cameras on their social media site. Photos have been on exhibition in The Museum of the City of NY, Powerhouse Arena and in the permanent collection of the NY Public Library and have been featured in Popular Photography and Modern Photography thru the years. In addition he is partner with Lisa Zari ( also an advisor) in CapturedColor Photography covering lifestyle/events in the Tri State area. Always with a camera ...Always looking for the unseen/different/overlooked with a graphic eye on the streets of NYC. A graduate of Pratt Institute and the High School of Art and Design in NYC Milo has been a multi-faceted member of the NYC design community for over 35 years. The winner of over 40 design awards including 5 Emmy Awards for his work in broadcast design Milo has been an art director/designer for WCBS TV, Fox 5 and WPIX TV News over the years. He designed the original on-air look  of NY1 News for Time Warner Cable for which he received an Emmy. More recently he has been the art director for a PR/Business Communications agency, Magnet Communications (HAVAS Advertising) where he designed graphics for meetings/events, promotion and written copy for Fortune 100 companies. Currently freelancing as an art director/ graphics designer living in Tribeca.
