Bio: Mark, a director in the valuation and forensic services department, of Citrin Cooperman, specializes in litigation support and valuation services. He assists attorney in cases regarding economic damages analysis, divorce litigation, fraud investigation, white collar criminal defense, and business appraisals. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Mark performed investigative accounting and business valuations related to matrimonial disputes. Additionally, Mark has several years of experience in performing financial statement audits for middle market companies. Mark has prepared and rebutted expert reports and has experience working with companies in a wide range of industries. He has also provided expert testimony related to economic damages, divorce, and white collar fraud. Presentations and Publications Mark has tought various CPE/CLE Classes on economic damages and divorce related topics. Mark was also a panelist for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, presenting on the role of accountants in Litigation. Affiliations Mark is the Chairperson for the Consulting Services Oversight Committee of the New York State Society of CPA’s, as well as a member of the planning committee for the annual NYSSCPA Anti-Fraud Conference. Mark is also a member of the AICPA and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
