Bio: Lisa Stephanian Burton was born and raised outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Smith College and obtained her JD, with distinction, from Emory University School of Law in 1992, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. In her 20 years of practice, she has worked with a number of not for profit organizations focused on youth and young adults. Working with a Boston-based organization she provides training on employment issues to young adults about to enter internships at local companies. In her corporate life, she is a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius practicing employment law and business immigration. Lisa and her husband Mark live in Concord, Massachusetts where they spend as much time as possible with their daughter Jordan, their boy-girl twins Ian and Rory and Lulu their black lab.
