
Bio: Lee Chabin, Esq., is a Divorce Mediator, and he assists spouses in reaching agreements that allow them to be the loving parents they want to be, and to productively get on with their lives. He has extensive experience as a program administrator and supervisor, and for four years was a director at the n-f-p Fund for Modern Courts, where he hired. trained and managed staff and interns. Lee evaluated personnel and project performance, conducted outreach, served as a liaison to the courts, and initiated, developed and oversaw a wide array of projects to educate and provide services for New Yorkers serving on juries. He wrote reports and made recommendations read by NYS’s Chief Judge, jury commissioners, chief clerks and others, and spoke in schools and mentored high school students. Lee has been a Presenter for the Assisting Children through Transition (A.C.T) Program, a program that helps reduce the impact of divorce or separation on children by teaching their parents how to act in the best interest of their children. He has written articles on mediation and parenting issues, and has spoken at libraries, public schools and support groups on these subjects. Lee received his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his BA from Brandeis University.
