Tabb had worked for Spade for 3 years prior to this as Director of Technical Design so it was a natural progression for her. Tabb cites her time at Kate Spade as one of her most beloved career experiences and the place that most prepared he for her own accessories atelier. Most recently Tabb was a pioneer in supporting the launch of one of the first tech Wearable products on the market- Cuff Smart Jewelry. Tabb's company was charged with the design detailing, sourcing, development, and manufacturing of all of the jewelry styles for this groundbreaking brand. LT is currently working with various clients on brand strategy, creative direction, design, sourcing, product development, and manufacturing projects, as well as supporting their transitions into digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and unique supply chain solutions. In addition, Tabb is getting back to what made her fall in love with the fashion, working on a new project that is very close to her heart. This new brand will be combining old world artisanship, with ground-breaking technological developments, and is based in community. Some of these ideas going back to Tabb's first job in fashion- working on handmade embellishments for Donna Karan's runway collections through an apprenticeship in a private atelier.
