Bio: Kimberly is a bilingual psychotherapist presently working with children and adolescents at an outpatient mental health clinic. Her focus is on evaluating for, and diagnosing of, childhood and adolescent mental health disorders. Her work is based on providing short and long-term psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families revolving around issues such as problematic behaviors, ADHD/ODD skills training, anxiety, depression, and early onset psychosis, amongst others. Kimberly also provides parenting and family dynamics skills training, and services predominantly lower socioeconomic populations to provide the resources and skills needed to improve overall well-being. Kimberly's prior work experience includes working with adults and the geriatric population, providing individual, group and family psychotherapy, as well as case management services. Kimberly is currently working on obtaining clinical licensure in the state of New York.
