Bio: Jay Cohen is a specialist in domestic and international marketing. He spent 27 years with IBM having the responsibility to market and brand their technical products and services in Asia. He has extensive travels and knowledge of China and Japan. For IBM, Jay also focused on measuring and improving customer satisfaction in most countries in Asia. He holds a Masters degree from NYU with a major in Statistical Analysis and Economics. Before joining IBM, Jay applied his statistical knowledge with a Consulting firm in New York that held contracts with the US Department of Transportation and the EPA. He has published several papers on statistical experimental design projects. Jay other strengths include analyzing end-to-end processes and streamlining them to function more effectively and efficiently. He has extensive knowledge in crystallizing information into a thirty-second sales “elevator pitch”. Jay also sells high end photography on and edits photography books to be published in the near future.
