Bio: Elizabeth is a certified fitness instructor with a Masters in Psychology from the New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She combines her love of fitness with her knowledge of psychology to help people transform negative habits and unhealthy lifestyles into positive habits and healthy lifestyles. Elizabeth has a BA from Hunter College in Dance, with a Minor in Psychology. She is also a graduate of Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a member of the New York Bar. She served as an attorney for the New York City Corporation Counsel, where she prosecuted juvenile delinquents. She went on to raise 2 children. She has taken various classes and workshops over the years at New York University (Designing Prenatal and Postpartum Exercise Programs), Dance Classes at Clarke Center/Modern Dance Classes, Alvin Ailey School of Dance/Jazz Classes, Nancy Meehan/Modern Dance Workshop, Billie Mahonie/ Jazz Workshop, NY School of Ballet/ Advanced Ballet Classes. Elizabeth has done community service and internships as a Fitness Instructor with a Residential Substance Abuse Program, a Fitness Instructor for Senior Citizens, The Caring Community- 20 Washington Square North, the United Nations Community Center, the Jewish Association for the Services of the Aged, Project H.A.P.P.Y.- Physical Fitness Instructor for the Physically Disabled., and Project Renewal/Clinton House (Psychoanalytic internship) – Residence for Homeless Schizophrenics. She has been a Corporate Fitness Instructor at Fried, Frank, Harris; IBM, IRS, Dresner Bank, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Salomon Smith Barney, where she designed specialized stress reduction and fitness programs in corporate settings. Elizabeth has also designed a variety of fitness classes for various populations. She has taught sculpt, strength, alignment, spinning, step, yoga, low impact and high impact aerobics for the New York Health and Racquet Club, New York Sports Club, Equinox, Crunch, Rivergate, Atrium Club, Athletic Complex, Youssouf Fitness Center, Sephardic Community Center, Jack LaLanne, Vertical Club, Apple Health Spa, Profile, Lucille Roberts, and Physical Fitness Unlimited.See:
