Bio: Leslie Morrison Faerstein, Ed.D., LCSW has a long history in nonprofit administration. She received her undergraduate degree from Beloit College in Wisconsin. She completed her Master of Science in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work and her doctorate in Family and Community Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Leslie is currently the Executive Director of amazing.community, a new nonprofit organization whose mission is to expand the work horizon for women 50+ and to transform the narrative about aging and innovation by redefining inclusive workspaces and equipping older women to thrive in them.
