Bio: Claire Lebé focuses her practice in trademark and copyright law. She currently works at the New York office of Ladas & Parry. Prior to moving to New York, Claire practiced as a French attorney for three years in the intellectual property department of Baker & McKenzie in Paris, where she represented domestic and international individuals and companies and assisted them to grow and protect their IP assets in a variety of industries including technology, food and beverages, fashion, and cosmetics. In New York, she interned at Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLP (now Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP) and the Feldman Law Group, focusing on trademark and copyright litigation. She also worked at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law as Administrative Director of the Intellectual Property & Information Law program. Claire is an attorney admitted to the bar in the State of New York, as well as in France. She received her J.D. and Master's Degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law from the University of La Sorbonne in Paris, France. Claire attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received her LL.M in Intellectual Property. She is a French native speaker and is conversant in Spanish. She has a passion for baking/cooking and loves to read and attend art exhibitions.
