Bio: Andrew R. Wolmer is a highly motivated and dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience as a Concierge, Sommelier, Maitre’d; Restaurant, Project and Property Manager.
Andrew is the property manager of The Palm Beach House in West Palm Beach Florida, where he oversaw the concrete restoration and painting project, refurbished cooling towers and risers and renovated elevators to meet retrofit code. He also put in place the Association's first authentic budget and upgraded financial reporting, which saved the Association over $400,000 through collections and contract negotiation.
Andrew has a record of being conscientious, resourceful and reliable. He previously served as the property and general manager for Phoenix Management, the resident services manager at The Continental Group, the international concierge for American Express, the chief concierge at Boca Raton Resort and Club, the wine director at Burt and Jacks, as well as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Design Engineering and Construction Services.
Andrew’s diverse professional and life experiences have provided him with invaluable and qualitative tools to adapt to any situation and environment. Mr. Wolmer, when working in some of the finest restaurants in the world, managing multi-million dollar properties ,serving as a Les Clefs d’Or concierge or being part of the worlds greatest service brand; he always maintains a basic philosophy that runs concurrent in all his positions throughout his “careers”; offering impeccable customer service and always strive to anticipate and to exceed the expectations of the most discriminating and demanding client or customer .
