Bio: My passion is building and curating executive peer groups. I create great learning experiences and solve business problems through peer collaboration and creating peer networks. I’m known for an ability to facilitate executive conversations, curate and run great meetings, author "next practice" research (surveys, blogs, reports, and case studies), and create and facilitate executive workshops. Selected accomplishments: Growth of Peer Networks – Grew executive peer group business as managing director for member-based research institute. Started/managed peer groups for global Chief Human Resource Officers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Chief Diversity Officers, Learning and Talent Leaders, Total Rewards Officers, and other senior HR executives. Launched own firm (Nexus Peer Groups) in 2018 to build new peer groups for target audiences and organizations. Launching new peer group in 2019 on Human Capital Disclosure and Investment (partnered with the Human Capital Management Institute). Executive Engagement/Learning – Built solid record of member retention in peer working groups based on meeting participation, learning experiences, and consistently high meeting feedback scores. Organized, curated, and facilitated more than 300 webinars and 60 in person forums and workshops on a range of learning and talent management topics. Focus on next practices and "what's around the corner" in the world of work. High Performance Research – Authored next practice research on agile HR, talent risk management, performance management, and total rewards. Former journalist (aspiring author). Talent Management Consulting and Executive Coaching - Served as principal in three global consultancies and Managing Director of New York Consulting office. Currently serving as Career Strategist and Coach at ExecuNet. Strong skills in collaborating with and through groups to build innovative solutions. Yale M.B.A. with bent toward quantitative and qualitative analytics, marketing, finance. Married with three children. (All played college Lacrosse.)
