Mentoring & Reverse Mentoring

One area that we hope to address, promote and document in our project is Reverse Mentoring. It is a great way of employing young people to teach older Americans new skills, particularly technological skills.  Each age group brings something to the table in terms of “Inter-generational Diversity”.  The older workers can teach patience and wisdom. The younger ones,  technology.  It can help make the workplace into a “Happy Family.
