Wolfram Herrmann studied German Law and Literature, worked in music publishing and recorded as a singer with studio legend CONNY PLANCK (ANNIE LENOX, KRAFTWERK). After his bar exam he entered the copyright world with the renowned law firms WENNER & Cie. In Paris, France and the law firm STEVEN REICH in Berlin, Germany. He then became director business and legal affairs with BERTELSMANN MUSIC GROUP (RCA Division) and signed on local and international acts like TIC TAC TOE, SCATMAN JOHN, SWEETBOX and NINA HAGEN. In Los Angeles, he worked as a consultant for THE NELSONS, N-TUNE or MARLA GLEN. Wolfram was lecturer for Entertainment Law at LOS ANGELES MUSIC ACADEMY and founder of the record label ALOHA RECORDS, Inc., which brought, amongst others, an original band from Hawaii to German TV. Together with DON PASSMAN he developed the idea of a European version of the bestselling original ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR THE MUSIC BUSINESS.
