Mark has been a marketing and sales executive for his entire professional career. From sales training and building brands, to creating new departments, merging companies through corporate ID campaigns and working with start-ups, Mark has had a great deal of success in a multitude of businesses. With a focus on entertainment, he has spent the majority of his efforts in Cable Television and the Music industry where he held regional and corporate marketing and sales positions. He served as the first Director of Affiliate Marketing for Comedy Central, was the first Director of Marketing and Sales for the BMI's Media Licensing group and then combined all of BMI's marketing efforts to become the first head of Corporate Marketing for BMI. He spent 16 years with BMI building the brand, increasing revenues and growing the songwriter and publisher base from 250,000 to more than 550,000 during his time there. Most recently, Mark was the SVP of Sales for a Video On Demand Advertising Agency ina two year turn-around project and has recently retired. He now spend most of his time coaching and training for endurance races and volunteering his time. A graduate of Vassar college, he has worked as Career Advisor and Regional Recruiter. He coaches Girls Basketball and has been a member of the Team in Training organization in the fight against Blood Cancers. He is a member of CTAM, NARAS and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
