Kim Floberg is a self-taught chef with a life-long passion for cooking and discovering new flavors and foods. She began cooking in her early teens, and in her twenties owned and operated a restaurant in Montana near scenic Yellowstone National Park. The restaurant featured homemade meals and baked goods, all cooked fresh daily completely from scratch! Although her roots are in Montana, Kim’s adventurous spirit has also lead her to spending time in all four corners of the U.S. including San Diego, Seattle, New York City and Miami area, as well as international travel. These experiences all contributed to her exposure to and discovery of many ethnic flavors and fine cuisines. Kim continues to explore new flavors and cooking techniques every day, and she invites you to come share in the adventure!
