Lover of Life & Light. Born & braised in Miami Beach, brought to theatrical life in New York City. Member of the Dramatists Guild Graduate of BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Writing Workshop, Lyricist & Commercial Theater Institute’s (CTI) 14-Week Commercial Theater Producing Workshop KENI has a BFA from NYU/Tisch School of the Arts - with a Double Major in Theater & Film/TV; J D from NYU School of Law, admitted to practice in NY KENI studied with: Musical Book Writing - Marsha Norman; Musical Theater - Elizabeth Swados; Directing & Theater Composition - Anne Bogart; Acting - Stella Adler, Joseph Chaikin; Viewpoints - Mary Overlie & Wendell Beavers; Voice - Badiene Magaziner, Guy Waid, Jane Odin; Sketch Comedy Writing - Upright Citizen’s Brigade.
