Joseph Becker, Esq. is an experienced entertainment attorney in New York City. He has been working for the past year as in-house counsel and head of licensing at Tuff City Records (and their respective publishing arms) where he negotiated and drafted various licensing arrangements with major television, movie, music, and video game companies including HBO, MTV/Vh1, CBS/Paramount, and Warner Brothers on a daily basis. He also computed royalties for artists and songwriters and oversaw a major foreign distribution deal with EMI. Finally, Joseph coordinated with outside counsel in preparation for copyright infringement and artist contract litigation. Before this, Joseph worked at Georgia Lawyers for the Arts and The Lovette Entertainment Group during his time at Emory Law School. He also worked with trademarks at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Today, Joseph is the founder of the JRB Entertainment Group, and is always looking to help artists or companies with copyright, entertainment, or other business needs.
