Evelyne R. Matthews BA, CMH is the CEO of Matthews & Matthews Consulting aka diversityofficers.com, a human resources and labor workforce company. She has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the private and public sectors including work in the insurance, law enforcement, telecommunications and information technology industries. Evelyne has served as a mediator or arbitrator for the EEOC, the U.S Postal Service Redress Program and the NYSE. She is a lecturer at Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, NYU and the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business. She has provided and continues to provide benchmarked training and consulting to Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, the EEOC, DC 37 AFSCME, Colgate Palmolive, Con Edison, Prudential Securities, and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Evelyne, a part-time actress, enjoys utilizing dramatic expression as part of her teaching. She was a featured actor in an independent film that won Best Drama at the NY/LA International/Independent Film Festival. She is married to her soul mate and business partner Arthur and they have a son and a grandson.
