Coco Kee is Co-founder of Kee Global Advisors LLC (KGA), a corporate development advisory firm which provides bespoke and comprehensive solutions to help companies grow bigger and faster through identifying and generating new revenue streams in international markets, China and the U.S. in particular. With KGA's help clients are able to meet the criteria of going public, attract new investors with a better valuation and establish a global footprint that they would have found it difficult to do on their own, or simply generate more revenues. A seasoned professional with more than 20 years experience in advising Fortune 500 companies and SMEs on China-US cross-border business transactions including strategic and tactical market entry, access to capital and cross-border M&A. Coco was born, educated and worked in China until 2000, when she was admitted to Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, from which she received her M.B.A. She has been living and working in the U.S. since then. She had her B.A. in English Language and Literature and M.A. in American Literature and Drama from Beijing University. She contributes to Sina.com as a thought leader and to peHUB. She also translated and published from English to Chinese the philosophy masterpiece The Idea of Nature by Robin George Collingwood.
