Christopher is a Managing Director with Blackwell Hollinger & Company LLC where he serves as interim CFO for various middle market companies. He has been part of a number of global and domestic companies with a great deal of restructuring experience and CFO management experiences. He has extensive experience in financial analysis/reporting, expense management, budgeting, forecasting, client profitability, and competitor analysis. He served as a Vice President in Global Capital Markets Finance and Global Research Finance at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. Through working with senior management of Global Capital Markets and Global Research, he has intimate knowledge about each of these business areas. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Christopher was a consultant with Ernst & Young LLP in the Restructuring & Reorganization Group where he advised clients in financial distress and/or bankruptcy. He began has career as an Associate National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Alabama and a MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the Board of Visitors - College of Commerce at the University of Alabama.
