Chris is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, and is now working in general litigation in Long Island, New York. While attending law school from 2011 to 2014, Chris was a competitor for Fordham’s Moore Trial Advocacy program and one of her teams advanced as the National Finalist in the ABA Arbitration competition. She was also a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review, and co-authored and published a note in this journal. She has interned with the Honorable Jaime Rios of the New York Supreme Court for Queens County, the New York City Council, the New York City Comptroller’s Office, Dacheng Law Offices (Beijing Office), and Lincoln Square Legal Services, Inc. (Intellectual Property). She received Fordham’s Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award (Cum Laude) for her pro bono services. From 2009 to 2011, Chris worked for Mindray, a public medical device company, in its international marketing and small acquisition departments. Chris passed her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I exam while working there. Prior to 2009, Chris walked the typical path of a science and engineering major. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in bioengineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2004, served as a research assistant in Purdue University from 2005 to 2006, and received her Master of Engineering degree in biomedical engineering from Cornell University in 2008.
